Welcome to Day Haus Social Club & Coworking! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations governing the use of our social club and coworking space. By becoming a member or purchasing a day pass to Day Haus and using our facilities and services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Membership

  • Membership is granted upon acceptance of these Terms and payment of applicable fees.

  • Membership options and fees are outlined on our website and through the Join It platform.

  • All membership fees and day passes are non-refundable.

  • Membership fees are payable in advance and/or on a monthly basis and cannot be refunded.

2. Access and Use

  • Members and day pass holders have access to Day Haus during operating hours.

  • Check-in upon arrival and follow all entry/exit procedures.

  • Facilities must be used for lawful purposes—disruptive or illegal activities are prohibited.

3. Conduct

  • Members must be respectful and courteous to others.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Members are encouraged to engage in a collaborative and supportive environment.

4. Facilities and Amenities

  • Access includes shared workspaces, meeting areas, and social lounges.

  • Some facilities require advance booking and may have additional fees.

  • Members must properly use and care for all facilities and equipment.

5. Payment and Fees

  • Membership and day pass fees must be paid in full before access is granted.

  • Additional fees may apply for extra services or amenities, including a service fee.

  • Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Liability

  • Day Haus cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment—members are responsible for their own health precautions.

  • Day Haus is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury.

  • Members must obtain their own insurance for personal or professional belongings.

  • Day Haus reserves the right to revoke access at any time for any reason.

7. Termination

  • Memberships and day passes cannot be canceled or refunded before their expiration date.

  • Annual Memberships: Annual memberships require a one-year commitment. After each completed year, the membership may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Day Haus reserves the right to immediately terminate a membership for any breach of these Terms.

8. Amendments

  • Day Haus may amend these Terms at any time.

  • Notice of changes will be provided via email or other communication.

  • Continued use of Day Haus facilities constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Vermont.

  • Any disputes shall be handled within the courts of Vermont.
